Samordna Innkjøp I Nordland (SIIN), hereafter called the contracting authority) hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition above the EEA threshold for entering into a framework agreement for the purchase of office and computer supplies for the municipalities of Bodø, Meløy, Gildeskål, Beiarn, Saltdal, Fauske, Sørfold, Hamarøy, Steigen, Sortland, Værøy, Øksnes, Hemnes, Alstahaug, Leirfjord, Herøy, Dønna, Nesna, Røst og Rana. The duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 years, with the possibility to extend (option) for a further 1 year + 1 year. Office and computer supplies are materials such as pens, folder, dividers, copy paper, envelopes, toner, ink cartridges, white-out, binders, laminating machines, scissors, markers etc. User entities for the named materials are the municipal offices, institutions, schools, nursery schools, nursing homes etc.
