Project support for Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane counties in connection with the Norwegian Regional Reform

Hordaland County (HFK) and Sogn og Fjordane County (SFJ) shall merge into one region from 1.1.2020. Many different sub-projects for co-ordination, organisation, strategies, work methods and systems in connection with the reform shall be implemented. External HR will be required and the contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can provide assistance to the project support.
