Statens vegvesen [the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] extends an invitation to market dialogue through one to one meetings with service providers of administration of vehicle fleets and leasing.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration will enter into agreements with 1 tenderer who will be responsible for the combined administration of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s vehicle fleet, both leased and owned vehicles. The Contracting Authority will switch to leasing as a general rule in regard to financing of vehicles, with an option to purchase vehicles when appropriate.
