Bergen kommune shall enter into a total of five framework agreements for the purchase of cleaning for municipal entities, for e.g. Schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, office buildings and other major and minor entities.
The individual agreements comprise the purchase of regular cleaning services (permanent cleaning), floor maintenance (buffing /polishing of floors), spring cleaning, building washing and window washing.
Facade washing is not included in the agreement. Building washing that is included in other agreements (for e.g. with the erection of buildings etc.) is not included in this agreement. The same applies to washing after damage, that is including insurance rectification works etc.
The 5 agreements to be signed will be divided in the following manner: Framework agreement 1 comprises Bergenhus borough, framework agreement nº 2 comprises Årstad borough, framework agreement nº 3 comprises Laksevåg borough and Fyllingsdalen borough, framework agreement nº 4 comprises Ytrebygda borough and Fana borough and framework agreement nº 5 comprises Åsane borough and Arna borough.
