Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) regarding life extension of Ballistic Personal Armour owned by the Danish Defence, which includes three main groups of ballistic material:
— Helmets,
— Ballistic Protection plates (Hard armour),
— Ballistic Protection packages (Soft armour).
The purpose of the RFI is for DALO to understand the possibilities and limitations of life extension in regards to the above mentioned ballistic material. In addition, it is important for DALO to understand the possibilities and limitations of the use of spare parts as well as guarantees in relation to life extension of the above mentioned ballistic material.
As part of the preparation for at potential tender, DALO reserve the right to invite potential contractors in order to gather additional information.
