Parts of the administrative tasks for the teachers in Sør-Trøndelag are also made in the Its Learning platform. The tasks in question apply to absence registration, assessments, grading and sending SMS. The teachers in Nord-Trøndelag are using the programme SkoleArena and IST Communication for these tasks. Trøndelag County is currently in the process of preparing tender documentation for a new learning process. The tender documentation requests a pure learning platform, and not a learning system, where the teachers can carry out administrative tasks. As Nord-Trøndelag County currently has a contract on a suitable platform for administrative tasks, Trøndelag County finds it appropriate to enter into this contract from the date of merge of counties 1.1.2018. 500000.00 Sør-Trøndelag is therfore included in the agreement with IST and SkoleArena, and IST Communication (IST International Software Technology AS, Business Register Number 970 944 443) The expansion only concerns the school year 2018-19. The alteration that shall take place during the merge of counties is considered to be in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 28-1 and 28-2. The alteration is not considered as a considerable change.
