Open tender contest — canteen operation at Trondheimsporten and Falkenborgveien 28.

The construction of 2 new commercial buildings in Trondheim has led to a need to procure accompanying canteen operations. The 2 building projects are Trondheimsporten and Falkenborgveien 28. Trondheimsporten has a gross building area of approx. 32 000 m2 and will be completed in the last quarter of 2017. Falkenborgveien 28 is approx. 7 000 m2 and will be completed in the first quarter of 2018.

The earliest start-up date for the two locations is 1.2.2018, with an option for later commencement. The start-up date depends on the building projects' progress. The final date will be agreed with the chosen tenderer in accordance with when the tenants actually move in.

Trondheimsporten will have a total of approx. 2 300 users. Based on the customer basis, we expect that the users will be present at different times. The pupils at Trondheim adult learning centre will come and go at different times, according to their own timetable.

The customer basis for Falkenborgveien 28 is approx. 350 persons, in addition there will be visitors to the health centre.
