Bergen municipality intends to publish a tender contest for a solution that handles our requirements for printing, copying and scanning.
The municipality wants dialogues with the market prior to the tender notice in order to implement the best possible tender contest, as well as discuss challenging questions with the suppliers.
One-on-One dialogue meetings are expected to be held during week 35 and 36. I.e. from 28 August to 8 September. Bergen municipality requests feedback from interested suppliers for participation and the days they want to attend the meetings.
Bergen municipality expects the meetings to be held with 5-8 selected suppliers.
