Øvre Eiker municipality requests tenders for the leasing of approx. 450 Chromebooks, 250 tablets, as well as an option for PCs.

The majority of the leased equipment will be ordered in one main order. The contracting authority can also make supplementing purchases for up to 15 % of the contract value.

The municipality wishes to enter into an agreement regarding operational leasing and is not interested in entering into a contract with a third-party financing company. Operational leasing is a form of leasing where the leasing business holds the financial risk. The leaser has the object at his disposal during the entire contract period, but will not take on other obligations than paying the agreed leasing price. The leasing shall be an accounting cost and the object will not be activated in the lessee's accounts.
