A contract on HVAC and sanitary installation works shall be entered into in connection with the construction of new sheltered accommodation flats in Sund Municipality. The contract involves a new building containing 20 sheltered accommodation flats with accompanying communal functions. The flats shall be divided in 2 floors living wings with an intermediate shared building containing living rooms and a kitchen as well as a basement with technical rooms and an area for sheds. The total area of the building is approx. 2 100 m2. The building shall be built into Sundheimen with a glass corridor.
The expected construction period is approx. 18 months The works are expected to be initiated 30.4.2018.
The work shall be executed close to other settlement (Sundheimen nursing home and flats for psychiatric flats). The contractors must take this into consideration in regards to planning, operation, security, noise, environmental aspects, etc.
