Competition for turnkey contractors with 2 main parts — development of a sixth form college:
1. Construction of specially facilitated learning (STO) of 700 m², the price basis is in the preliminary project.
2. Further development in the same construction area of up to 1 600 m², delivery of project with price.
The competition form has to chosen in order to get the same turnkey contractor for two construction stages that overlap time wise.
