Trondheim municipality has started a project to see to the needs connected to IT systems for general case handling in the municipality. General case handling is understood here as work processes that are not currently processed in separate, adapted IT systems (e.g. building applications).
The municipality is open for all ways of covering these needs — from many small systems to one all-inclusive system. We encourage all types of suppliers to participate in the market dialogue — both suppliers of components/modules and suppliers of complete case handling systems. New suppliers are encouraged to participate in the dialogue conference.
The objective of the market dialogue is to examine how the market can contribute to meet the requirements stated in the goal, and how new digital solutions can be implemented.
The dialogue conference will be held in Oslo, 27.4.2017. The registration deadline is 21 April. See the annex for more detailed information on registration and for background information.
