The assignment is for IR-scanning for 6 asphalt contracts 2017. The assignment will be carried out in accordance with the Method for thermographical measurements,VV publ. 2006:114, and the annex to the tender documents for the 6 relevant contracts. The contract consists of measurements, data acquisition, data storage and processing, report per contract. IR-scanning is a method for quality follow up of asphalt works, which has been developed in Sweden. IR-scanning maps the homogeneity in the execution. The rights to IR-scanning are owned by Conny Andersson, who sell or hire out heat cameras and provide consultancy services for the documentation and evaluation of results. The concept includes measuring-logging-interpreting-storage. In Norway Veiteknisk Institutt has the unilateral rights from Conny Andersson. We are not aware of other tenderers of equivalent methods in the market. The cover Project will therefore carry out a direct procurement with an intention notice.
