Bergen municipality shall procure a new childhood and youth services administrative system for nurseries, before- and after-school care and schools.
The system shall be an integrated system. It shall simplify and improve the administration of nursery school children and pupils, and the dialogue with guardians. The system shall provide a simplified and quick access to relevant statistics and management data.
The municipality has currently 250 nurseries with a total of 15 000 children, and 87 schools with a total of 30 000 pupils. The municipality has a total of approx. 7 000 employees in schools and nurseries.
Bergen municipality will implement a supplier dialogue prior to the tender contest, and therefore requests a short presentation of solution proposals from potential tenderers. The proposals shall be submitted via the communication module in Mercell by Wednesday 1 March. The proposals will be managed with strict confidentiality. Bergen municipality will then contact the relevant tenderers with an invitation to 1-on-1 dialogue meetings. The dialogue meetings are expected to be implemented in weeks 10/11.
