The tender concerns the acquirement of consultant services to carry out the Project Management Office (“PMO”) and the convener role for the Implementation of the arrangement for more NEMOs in the Nordic region – mainly with focus on the day-ahead market.

The goal of the implementation project is to enable multiple Power Exchanges (NEMOs as defined by Regulation 2015/1222 – CACM) to operate in the Nordic region on the day-ahead market. The same goal also applies to intraday, but this is implemented through a separate project.

This requires the implementation of different solutions such as e.g. a common shipping solution and a common fallback solution within the Nordic region, which therefore is part of the project scope.
