DALO plans to tender for a framework agreement regarding acquisition of audio solutions and headsets for dismounted soldiers and combat vehicle crew members. Therefore DALO is looking for information on how to structure a possible future tender. The purpose of this RFI is to understand how the best possible tender can be arranged both for DALO and the suppliers according to the EC regulation. The tender is expected to contain the following topics:
Ballistic head protection and headsets for combat vehicle crew members:
-maintenance of legacy equipment: Helmet DH-132A and Bose CVC headset
-acquisition of new equipment, to complement or supersede legacy systems
Headsets for other mounted and dismounted personnel:
-maintenance of legacy equipment: Invisio X5, Invisio V60, MSA SORDIN, Peltor Comtac, Selex H4855 single ear headset, Harris RF-3031-HS003
-acquisition of new equipment equivalent to: MSA SORDIN, Peltor Comtac, Selex H4855 single ear headset, Harris RF-3031-HS003
