The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, wants to enter into framework agreements for ICT consultancy services. The agreements shall cover the need for competence that the Contracting Authority does not have access to in its own department at a given point in time, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The contracts can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
