The Department of Health and care services (BHO), on behalf of the Welfare technology programme, invites tenderers to participate in a dialogue conference regarding a planned procurement of a keyless eLocking system for users of municipal health and care services, where the municipality administers keys to private homes. The aim is to get the best possible knowledge of alternative system approaches and a good understanding of what the market can offer, both today and what can be expected in coming years.
