The Contracting Authority wants tender offers that shall include the purchase of soft paper, cleaning products and plastic products. The tender shall allow for successive call-offs (orders). The agreement shall at all times apply to all the Contracting Authority's addresses in the municipality.
The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement with 1 or up to 3 tenderers, as long as there are a sufficient number of tenderers that are qualified.
If parallel framework agreements, the call-off mechanism will be based on the e-commerce catalogue and lowest price at any given time. The first agreement year will in that case be a trial year that will be evaluated. If the Contracting Authority does not go further with parallel agreements, the contract will be transferred to the tenderer who is proposed as number one in the competition.
Based on last year's consumption, a combined annual withdrawal can be expected of
approx. 4 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
The contract's potential value (4-year) is approx. 16 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. The stated values do not imply any obligations for the Contracting Authority.
