Statsbygg, C/O the Trade Resource Center, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the following areas.
— Analyses of the development in the building and property market, also in specific regional areas.
— Preparation of market based indexes (output-indexes) for development in the building and construction branch (shall be submitted up to 4 times per annum as agreed), both actual price growth and prognoses for development. Prognoses are also wanted for development in the SBED index (input index based on SSB — index for blocks of flats).
— Professional assistance with, amongst other things, analysis work, in particular regarding benchmarking key figures.
