The water area committee for Øyeren would like find capable collaboration partners with expertise and solid capacity within monitoring rivers and streams. The water area committee would like to enter into framework agreements with a service provider who can provide the following services:
— Taking water samples from rivers and streams, as well as one lake.
— Delivery of samples to a laboratory.
— Analysing samples at the laboratory.
— Professional assessment of the analysis results in accordance with the current guidelines.
— Professional assessment of data for biological parameters (provided by another supplier).
— Simple ongoing-reporting responsibilities to the contracting authority.
— Presentation of annual report.
— Lectures on surveillance results.
— Import of data to the water environment database and municipal databases.
