Jernbaneverket intends to establish a framework agreement for the delivery of GSM-R handheld terminals (OPH, and optional GPH) in order to cover the needs within Jernbaneverket for such terminals. We expect that there will be a need to replace a certain amount of terminals currently in use. The terminals must fulfil the requirements as set forth in the EIRENE specifications and by ETSI. Repair and return shall also be covered by the framework agreement.
