The Norwegian Building Authority requires external assistance who can assist with project management and project assistance in order to realise the ByggNett-strategy, including assistance in the ByggLett think-tank.
The procurement shall result in a contract with a consultant who can cover the following work areas:
— Project coordination of the cooperation project with KS/KommIT;
— Project management ByggLett think-tank;
— Assistance in launching and facilitating the ByggNett-strategy;
— Competence and assistance within research and reviews;
— Competence within innovative procurements;
— Other project assistance for the priority area digitalisation and implementation of the ByggNett strategy.
It is a prerequisite that the consultant can spend work hours in DiBK's premises. The consultant must use Norwegian as the working language.
Due of overlapping work assignments, one consultant must solely fulfil all of the assignments in the framework agreement.
The contracting authority has the right to procure equivalent services outside the framework agreement if needed.
