The assignment comprises service and maintenance on all of the Contracting Authority's lifts in the Contracting Authority's buildings. The exceptions are when new lifts are installed and major renovations. In these cases there will normally be a service and maintenance contract with the supplier of the new installation/the supplier responsible for the renovation. In cases where there is no service agreement with the supplier, new/renovated installations are also included in this framework agreement.
The assignment is divided by manufacturer. The Contracting Authority has four main manufacturers of our lifts: Kone, Schindler, Thyssen and Otis. In addition, the Contracting Authority has a number of lifts from other manufacturers, whereby the number of lifts per manufacturer is only a few. These are collected into a group. The total lift portfolio is thus divided into 5 groups. It is possible to give a tender on lifts from 1 or several of the groups.
