NSB Shared Services (hereafter called NFT) delivers SAP services to entities and subsidiaries in the NSB Group based on a combination of in-house production and outsourced services. NSB has run HCM since 2010 and MRO since November 2014. SAP MRO services are sourced from external market, whereas SAP Basis and SAP HCM is produced internally with the supplement of time & material consulting. The existing AD/AM agreement for MRO was a part of the implementation agreement and is now a subject for competition.
NFT is looking at options in order to achieve significant cost reduction for support systems. A new solution should help NFT in gaining access to additional competence on the system in scope. NSB are searching for a partner who can provide control over IT services, components and interdependencies. The overall goal is to achieve a cost efficient proactive handling of problems and incidents and application management related to SAP- MRO –HCM and –Basis.
