The procurement is for the route information service 177 by telephone, e-mail and chat, as well as being a hub for telephone orders to the county's FLEXX-routes. Daily contact with our passengers is a central part and the service provider shall reply and solve questions that come up and challenges for travellers on roads in Finnmark. The service shall be carried out in accordance with the specifications given in ‘Annex A’.
