Akershus fylkeskommune's politicians decided 16.6.2014 that a system shall be developed that gives pupils and employees in Akershus fylkeskommune's schools the possibility of giving notification of serious events. The system shall also be able to contribute to the crisis being handled in the best possible way.
This procurement comprises the development and delivery of software for warning and crisis handling.
The contractual relationship will be regulated by the Software Development Programme — the Government's standard contract for IT procurements SSA-U. Tenderers shall submit their tender in accordance with the annex structure in SSA-U.

In addition we would like tenders for support and maintenance of the offered system, as well as an option for operating the system. The contract for support and maintenance will be regulated by the Government's standard contract for maintenance, SSA-V small.
