The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for the delivery of operational services for mail receiving and documents to archive. NAV wants assistance to maintain the operation of the existing solution, as will as adapt, and where appropriate develop the solution in accordance with NAV's changed needs for mail receiving and scanning solutions as the development of electronic solutions in NAV occurs.
