The need for new student places at the Oslo schools will increase enormously over the next decade. The increase in the need for school places will present major challenges with establishing a sufficient number of student places in time. Expansion, construction of a new school facility and the conversion of existing school facilities from upper secondary school to primary school has been a central strategic measure in increasing primary school capacity quickly enough. Due to the overall volume of the expansion and restructuring, UDE, the department for school facilities, perceives a need to obtain external expertise in the field of cost accounting methodology and financial calculations in connection with the examination and estimation of various conceptual solutions for investment projects, and also in connection with the evaluation / compilation of tenders and tenancy agreements (and OPS leasing contracts).
