Møre og Romsdal County, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority has implemented a tender contest where the objective was to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of office and computer supplies, including printed envelopes to the Awarding Authority's enterprises. The framework agreement includes the following product groups:
Archive.
Batteries.
Computer accessories.
Packaging.
Bindings.
Office supplies.
Copy paper.
Lamination.
Paper goods.
Writing tools.
Small office machines and supplies.
Adhesive tape.
Board accessories.
Toner and ink.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell MSS; www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. Tenders submitted subsequent to the tender deadline will be rejected (the system will not allow submitting tenders electronically through Mercell subsequent to the tender deadline).

It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders, e.g. minimum 1 hour prior to the deadline. If there is additional information from the Awarding Authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline. The last received tender is regarded as the final tender.
The tender will require electronic signature. In connection with delivery of tender, the tenderer will be asked for an electronic signature in order to confirm that it is the relevant tenderer who has submitted the tender. Electronic signature will be received from www.commfides.comwww.buypass.no or www.bankid.no
Note that it may take a few days to get an electronic signature. It is therefore recommended that the tenderer initiates this process ASAP.
