Request forinformation (RFI):
NHN is in need of apowerful insight tool or platform for continuous evaluation of our digitalsolutions’ usability. The tool or platform should be in compliance with thepublic sector's requirements for privacy, data storage and security, universaldesign and have support for the Norwegian language.
 
NHN wants to obtaininformation from the market about  existing or planned solutions withinthe area. In this phase of the work, no strict requirements have been set forframeworks for the solution. We therefore ask the suppliers to provide us with goodbasic information and sketches of the solution concept, which in turn can formthe basis for our competition.
