IKI Lietuva, UAB announces Workforce management system implementation" price inquiry (procurement) and inviting to send your offers.
All the prices  in the tender Documents must be presented in  EUR without VAT in net prices.
Descrition:
Purchase or subscription to workforce management system with implementation, maintenance, and development services. Buyer seeks to acquire and use a system that will be adapted to the needs of the Buyer in accordance with the prices and terms specified in the Contract. System must be implemented and properly serviced by the Supplier. Supplier is fully responsible for providing hardware and software and maintain it. Buyer will not provide hardware together with servers in order to run the system. The requirements for the system and its proper use are specified in this Technical Specification of the project and its annexes. This system must ensure continuous, timely management work resources scheduling and  planning processes in IKI Lietuva, UAB.
Scope of the project:
1. Lease of the system software with all licenses required for its operation, including their support, supply and warranty services.
2. System implementation services, must be included (but not be limited to) the following basic phases:
        Project management; Analysis; Design; Configuration and data migration; Trainings of the System users that will take place in Lithuania, Vilnius (distance trainings may be agreed upon by a separate agreement) Testing; Go live; Hyper care after go live.
3.System software licenses and support.
4.Integration services with other IT systems.
5.System maintenance and support services that are provided after go Live.
6.System development services at fixed rate (man hours). Development services are provided according to the Buyer's need to the Service Provider after confirming the orders in the agreed form.
Development services:
1.During the performance of the Contract, the Buyer shall have the right to order development services by providing separate Orders, if necessary.
2.Development services are understood as the improvement of the System, introduction of new functions, modification or extension of the existing System due to a change in the Buyer's need / status or the emergence of a new company or a substantial change in the requirements of the System. Development services may also be understood as consultations of the Buyer's employees, which do not include troubleshooting (which is performed in accordance with the provision of System maintenance and servicing services) and which are related to the System operation, feasibility analysis of the System, other issues related to the use / improvement of the System / modification / adaptation during the performance of the Contract.
