Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place two or more contracts for the supply of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for the CMS Phase-II Upgrade. The PCBs shall be of size 322.25 mm x 280 mm with a thickness from 2 mm to 2.5 mm and with up to 20 layers. The PCBs will include staggered micro vias, filled & capped vias, back-drilled vias. All materials shall be halogen free and the copper thickness from 18 um to 70 um. Impedance control, using weave compensation, will be required on up to 8 layers for both single ended (50 ohm) and differential (100 ohm) traces. The quantity will be approximately 550 units and deliveries are expected over a duration of 12 months from the date of the notification of the award of the Contract.
