The contracting authority would like to procure an extended open hours system for Lillestrøm Library with an option for accompanying systems for the five other libraries in Lillestrøm municipality. The extended open hours solution is a self-service offer outside of the times that the library is staffed. The contracting authority Lillestrøm Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to TED - Open tender contest for an Extended open hours system for the Lillestrøm Libraries.
