The project includes interior renovation of parts of the office premises at Norsk Tipping and the contract shall be carried out as a general contract.
Phase 1 applies to pricing of approx. 1800m2 subject to renovation to modern office premises in accordance with the given description.
Option 1: Phase 2, for approx. 700m2 subject to upgrading to the same standard and based on the prices given for Phase 1. Option 1 is not described in the tender documentation but can be activated before the takeover of phase 1.
Option 2: Re-insulation of roofs is described and must be priced in the tender as an option that can be activated during the agreement period, possibly prior to the takeover of phase 1.
