The invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement for construction management, project management and area planning services The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has procured such services for approx. NOK 5.0 million excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. The maximum value per group for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: Group 1: NOK 6.0 million excluding VAT. Group 2: NOK 6.0 million excluding VAT.
