Lørenskog municipality is carrying out a concept evaluation where the objective is, among other things, to gather information related to the need for a project / portfolio management tool to support the implementation of investment projects / portfolios. Basically, this applies to all projects in the municipality, also regarding organisational and service development, but mainly building / construction projects. We therefore want to get an overview of relevant suppliers of project / portfolio management systems that cover our needs, totally or partly. The information we receive and the insight we achieve in this market research (RFI) shall be included in the concept evaluation and thus contribute to form the foundation for the municipality's ambitions and future solutions. We want through this market research (RFI) to establish a dialogue with the supplier market about how Lørenskog municipality's needs and requests can best be met.
We expect a combination of various necessary measures. I.a. adaptation of work processes, further use of some existing solutions, implementation of new solutions, integrations between solutions and other changes related to systems, data and organisation related conditions. A future procurement of a project / portfolio management system is dependent on the concept evaluation's recommendation and final investment decision in the municipality, at the earliest in 2022.
