The University of Stavanger (Norwegian abbreviation: UiS) shall carry out an open tender contest for a framework agreement on leasing mobile phones. Mobile telephony will not be included in the pending contest. The tender contest is scheduled to be published on Doffin / TED 25 October 2021. Prior to the publication of the tender contest, the contracting authority wishes to invite interested suppliers to a supplier conference. The contracting authority's right to carry out market research to prepare the procurement and provide information to the suppliers about the plans and needs is in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 12-1, and 12-2, c.f. 24-2 (1) d. The University of Stavanger hereby invites interested market suppliers to participate in a joint supplier conference. The supplier conference, which will be common for all interested suppliers, will be held as a video meeting on Teams 01.10.21, (14:00). See the attached invitation letter for further information.
