Banedanmark wishes to inform potential suppliers regarding the upcoming tender “E2009-10 Civil Works Lolland” that is a part of the ‘Ringsted-Fehmarn’ railproject. The upcoming tender primarily includes earthwork, drainage, bridges as well as Holeby Station. The project relates to the upgrade from single-track to double-track on the island of Lolland from the eastside of the island to the interface to Fehmarn belt tunnel. The approximate 30 km long railway stretch will connect to the future Fehmarnbelt tunnel project at the western limit of the project. The purpose of this announcement is to inform potential suppliers about the upcoming tender, as well as invite interested suppliers to one-to-one meeting with Banedanmark online; • Bidders are/are to be pre-qualified via Banedanmarks general qualification system (Kvalifikationsordningen). Hence interested bidders are required to obtain Qualification before the Tender is floated. • The Contract is a “Build” contract based on the detailed design carried out by Banedanmark and their consultant Rambøll Gruppen A/S. • The value of the project is estimated at approximately 70 million euro. • The project is divided in 2 lots and the tenderer will have the opportunity to tender for 1 or 2 lots. • The project is partly funded by the European Union and will comply with TSI-regulations. Banedanmark will use ‘Banedanmarks Qualification System’ for the upcoming tender. Hence it is a requirement for potential bidders to prequalify through Banedanmark’s qualification system before the Tender is floated.
