The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall in the period 2020-2024 construct three new sections at E39 between Betna and Stormyra in Heim Municipality.
This contract applies to the section Leirvika and Rendalen, stated in profile No 8100 to profile No 13000. The development will be carried out during the period autumn 2020 — autumn 2022, and with a partial deadline for completion of the sub-section profile No 11100 to profile No 13000 during summer 2022.
The contract mainly comprises the construction of approx. 4.9 km new E39, with a new intersection towards County road 6182 in Leirvika, and associated exit roads, side roads and agricultural roads in accordance with plans.
The contract also includes three concrete structures: a bridge across County road 6182 (Valsøyfjordvegen) for profile No 8450, a bridge across Stokkelva for profile No 9150 and an agricultural sub-passage for profile No 9450. The line for the new road is partly along the current European road and partly in untouched terrain.
