Østfold kollektivtrafikk intends to extend the current contract with Vy buss for 6 months until 20.6.2021. The background for the extension of the contract is i.a. an unusually long delivery time for new buses discovered after a consultation round for the tender documentation. A contract extension will therefore be required for achieving a real tender competition for the pending contracts. The tender documentation is scheduled for publication in week 49/2019.
