Norsk Tipping would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within manager and employee development, organisation development and organisational measurements. The framework agreement shall cover the need for competence that the contracting authority does not have access to in the company on a given day, or where there is an independent need for external task solving. The framework agreement can also be used if extra capacity is needed.
