The Værnes region and several municipalities in Trøndelag would like to use systems that support inhabitants´ needs and that contribute to good, efficient and seamless health and care services. The possibilities that technology provide contribute to responsible services of good quality for inhabitants. Using the correct systems contributes to increased safety, feelings of accomplishment and independence. We are preparing the public services and strengthening the interaction between the involved interested parties. Technology will be a natural and integrated part of the preventive work and mastering everyday life in the nursing and care sector. The municipalities would like to procure a framework agreement for technological care equipment that is close to the user (part 1). The municipalities would also like to procure a Framework Agreement for patient signalling systems (part 2).
