Hias IKS, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, will construct a new water treatment facility Nordsveodden in Stange municipality. The project is anchored in the main water plan for 2010-2022 and the current finance plan and in the joint municipal sector plan for water and sewage for Hamar, Løten, Ringsaker and Stange municipalities.
