Kristiansund kommune believes there are no alternative products that cover our needs. The estimated value over four years is NOK 210 000. The waiting period is set until Monday 9 April, 12:00. 210000.00 Kristiansund kommune intends to enter into a contract with Xtreeme Sagl, Via Cantonale, 6633 Lavertezzo, Switzerland for the procurement of the booking system Planyo. Kristiansund kommune believes there are no alternative products that cover our needs. The estimated value over four years is NOK 210 000. The waiting period is set until Monday 9 April, 12:00. We have the following requirements for the booking system: Resources /products, approx. 200-250. — locations both indoor and outdoor, — ROM, — technical equipment for events and meetings, — infrastructure, — personnel and services in all municipal service performances. The anticipated number of order per month: — from 200 and upward. Average hire duration: — from one hour to one month, — from one day to one season. Other requirements for the product: — language- Norwegian and English, — pictures and video, — on-line – self-service, — bundles – product – own value chain and representative, — internet shop /DIBS, — product owners, — rebate structure – compound, — calender per product - show availability to the customer, — embedding, — waiting period - cancellation period, — block out – shut off times for self use/closed, — information dissemination about coming events - cultural calender, — branding, — must be able to be used for all of the municipalities objects, — good and easy to follow customer database, — simple to extract statistics, reports and metadata, — simple and easily understood invoicing out to customers, — possibility to reserve group hours and birthdays, — new hire objects must be able to be uploaded in a simple manner, — availability must be limited in relation to type of customer (for example only private persons, or no private persons can hire), — with constant hire/long-term hire (binding hire) that is contract controlled, the customer most not have the possibility to cancel the order in the middle of the hire period, — price of the hire objects adjusts in relation to the function the customer is logged in as. We have different prices for schools, sports clubs and private persons, — activate physical access to the hire objects directly in the booking programme. (RFID/NFC/key words/mobile access.), — information about the hire objects must be clearly presented. (hall size, what activities the object is intended for, available equipment, regulations, etc.), — map selection/seating chart - possibility to click in on an area and hire it, ref. Bazaar, — the ability to refine local searches based on geographical affiliation, and/or a map function with filter based on certain criteria (sports installations, concert premises, intended number of users, price etc.), — must be booking no./ref. No. of orders that are returned to the sender of the form, so that one can log in again if there are changes to the order; for example, larger meeting rooms, changing of times, will have serving regardless, annul ordering of technical equipment etc, — possibility to require confirmation from landlords in certain halls, the editor function.
