Narvik kommune (NK) [Narvik municipality’] and others, hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invite tenderers to an open tender competition for the delivery of pharmacy goods etc.
NK has both nursing homes, shared housing and medical centres in addition to health based entities, and is also responsible for the purchase of pharmacy goods for Narvik Legevakt [Narvik Accident and Emergency Unit].
The Norwegian Parliament has determined that Ballangen kommune, Narvik kommune and part of Tysfjord kommune shall merge with effect from and including 1.1.2020.
The contracting authority wants the starting point for entering into new agreements for the procurement of goods and /or services to be such that agreements can be continued with all of the new municipalities as a contracting party.
The municipalities of Ballangen, Evenes, Tjeldsund and Tysfjord are option parties.
