The Ministry of Defence (FD), on behalf of FD and the Norwegian National Security Authority, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest concerning consultancy services, licences, software and hardware that shall be used in connection with expansions, development and maintenance of the current platform.
