Tenderers are invited to a Dynamic purchasing system for System Operation to Ruter AS. This involves i.a. assistance and consultancy directed to the ongoing operative operation of IT solutions at Ruter. In this area, tender requests will be submitted in i.a. the following areas:
— planning operations, installation, configuration and tuning,
— operative security,
— fault finding and error correction,
— ongoing operations and maintenance assignments,
— applications operation,
— technical support and operations centre assignments,
— applications and systems management assignments may be within several technology areas. Some examples are:
—— Microsoft server platform;
—— Databases, primarily Microsoft, but also oracle;
—— Network with a focus on (but not limited to) Cisco;
—— Industry specific solutions in transport in general and particularly in public transport;
—— Mobile applications;
—— Integration technology. This list is not comprehensive and the need will also vary in line with the IT solutions that at any time are in use in the organisation.
