The Contracting Authority hereby invites to a tender contest on a framework agreement regarding the procurement of textbooks, teaching aids and specialized books.
The framework agreement shall cover the always prevailing requirement for textbooks, teaching aids and specialized books for Halden and Aremark municipality.
