Job mastering follow-up shall give each participation individually adapted follow-up assistance that is necessary for keeping or obtaining paid work, possibly for fulfilling work-orientated initiatives. The aim is to improve each individual's function and ability to work, as well as increase workplace tolerance for people with mental disorders.
